Shipping and Delivery
Our plant subscriptions are shipped the first Monday of your subscription. For example, for a monthly order, they will be shipped on the first Monday of the month. For a semi-monthly subscription, they will be shipped in two-week intervals, always on the Monday. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our friendly customer service representatives. Delivery Information
Same-day delivery is available across much of Northern New Jersey when orders are placed by 11:00 AM ET.
Next-day delivery is available across the remainder of the state.
Orders are prepared at our Hackensack floral design and dispatch facility and delivered to homes, offices, hospitals, and businesses throughout New Jersey.
Alcohol Information
This product may contain alcohol. The recipient must be of legal drinking age in the delivery location. Identification may be required upon delivery where applicable.
If the recipient is unavailable or unable to provide valid identification, the order may be redirected or modified in accordance with delivery policies.

Because flowers are seasonal and perishable, substitutions may be made when necessary. In all cases, our florists ensure the overall design, size, color palette, and value are maintained, using their professional judgment to deliver a balanced and thoughtfully prepared arrangement.

Flower Care
To extend the life of your arrangement, keep flowers in a cool area away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
Maintain water levels and refresh water as needed.
Trim stems slightly when changing water to support hydration.
With proper care, most arrangements will maintain their appearance for several days after delivery.

Plant care varies by type, but most indoor plants should be placed in indirect light and watered based on soil dryness. Avoid overwatering and ensure proper drainage.
