Nightmare!

I ordered champagne and chocolates for a celebration and they never arrived. All efforts to contact Hazeltons unsuccessful other than web chat when the rep told me it was for me to track the parcel and she had ‘ no idea ‘ where it was. Awful service and will never use them again

Delivered a broken item

We ordered a celebration gift basket for my Aunts 65th birthday. It comes with a tray. The tray was damaged and no one has responded.
So very disappointing and embarrassing to receive as a gift.

The most belated birthday gift ever

Item arrived over a week late. Most of the order was incorrect. The cookies that came with the order were essentially disintegrated upon arrival and stale. So disappointing 😌

My nephew just received the gift but I am disappointed because it is nothing like what I've ordered and paid for, they received the basket as photos attached, please note that there was only one white dish an it is chipped on the side, the basket is not the same as on the photo also and it is broken, and even the sweets, jam and chocolates are not the same as at the description on your website, totally different actually.
I have attached the photos of what they have received and what I have ordered on your website, note that it is not the same at all. Also, it was supposed to arrive until monday and it arrived today, wednesday.
I would like to know what can be done about it?
All the photos were sent by email twice!
Looking forward for an answer as soon as possible,

Poor customer service

I was quite displeased with the customer service surrounding my order. I paid for next day delivery, and then followed up with the company via immediate email and a call the following morning. I received no reply to my email, my call went straight to voicemail (and it seemed like a shell of a company over the phone), and I received no reply. I then receive no notification of my order shipping or being delayed, and then the order was not shipped. I emailed again requesting a cancellation and refund because the point of the purchase was to have it delivered that day for a birthday. The following day I received an email indicating that the delivery had been dropped and broken (?) and would be sent that day...I replied to this with a request for cancellation and refund and was ignored. The delivery was then made 4 days late. I requested cancellation and refund multiple times and was ignored, and the shipment was extremely late with no clear explanation. I'm very unhappy with this service and would still like a refund.
