Our Kosher Baskets
HAZELTON'S Kosher gift baskets are crafted with Kosher diets in mind. We strive to ensure our clients, no matter their diet, can find something to their satisfaction, and share in our baskets with their friends, family, and loved ones. It should be noted that though our items are entirely Kosher in essence, it is possible that during the packaging or preparation process, some of these items, such as our roasted nuts or fresh fruit, may have come into contact with non-Kosher utensils, vessels, or appliances. We apologize for any inconvenience.
This Kosher wine gift basket includes two bottles of Kosher red wines which can be upgraded if you wish – Altoona Hills Cabernet Shiraz KPM & Barkan Classic Cabernet Sauvignon KPM. These 100% Kosher wines may be upgraded to any of the wines from our extensive wine collection, including several upgrade options at zero additional cost. Additional bottles of wine, champagne, liquor or beer may be added as well to make this great wine gift even better. Your gift recipient will love these wines!
The wine bottles were broken and fruits were smashed. The add ons I selected were incorrect. I’m embarrassed I sent this gift to someone.
If I could leave zero stars I would. I ordered a lovely gift basket for Passover that included wine, fresh flowers, and an add-on of chocolate. Not only was it several weeks late, the flowers wilted, and the chocolate not included, but I cannot get anyone on the phone or to respond to my email to make this situation right. This company is not legitimate or honest. Do not believe their advertising hype.
On 4/4/20 I purchased the Passover Gift Basket and requested it be delivered on 4/6/20. On 4/20/20 I received an email that the Passover gift was shipped via UPS that day. It should have been shipped via UPS on April 4, 5 or 6th, not on April 20th, four days after Passover ended. It is just not right.
Hi, your customer service is terrible. After ordering a gift basket on the sunday before Passover began and paying extra for a two day delivery, the basket did not arrive until a week and a half later. I called your number several times to complain about the delay. I sent several emails as well, including demanding that you cancel my order after a week had passed without the basket being sent. Only one time was I able to speak to a customer service representative, the rest of the times i called the customer service line was unavailable and asked i leave a message. each time, i left my name and phone number and asked that you call me back - you never did. the one time i did manage to speak to a rep and asked her when i can expect the order to be shipped, she said she didnt know and to call back later. i received two email replies from your customer service reps in replies to my emails - to both of your emails, i replied asking for you to call me (since it's nearly impossible to get your customer service people on the line when i call). you never did.
it shouldn't take 10 days to ship a gift basket if i pay EXTRA for two day shipping. give me my money back.
don't call it a passover gift basket if it only arrives on the last day of the holiday. my parents were supposed to visit my wife and i and their grandchildren for the holiday and weren't able to due to coronavirus. it was very important that they get this basket before the holiday started. you should be embarrassed.
i shouldn't need to beg your customer service to call me back over and over. you should be embarrassed. i dont care how high the demand you had was.
i'm still waiting to hear from your customer service. you have my email and number. please get in touch.
Beautiful presentation but disappointing customer service. Ordered Passover basket for $115+ including shipping and extras. Some items were missing. Every item in basket (including the basket) was substituted including non kosher for Passover crackers substituted for matzoh. Paid extra for 2 day FedEx shipping. Arrived 6 days later via UPS. Blamed being busy because of Corona virus, but offered no compensation or partial shipping refund. After several back and forths with customer service, said they would give me $8 store credit for missing item. Keep it, I will never purchase from here again
