Very disappointed

Our families didn’t received 2 of the 3 ordered baskets. We are very disappointed and want to get our money back. We ordered all 3 of them on 24th of March, they were supposed to be delivered on 31st of March. Only one of them was delivered. In the system the two other orders are shown to be unfinished. The baskets were supposed to be Easter presents and now they are a whole week late.

Split Decision

Rating is a direct result of Oscar, Customer Service. I was tempted to give two (2) stars but the baskets were well received and that's what mattered the most.

My story: I stumbled across Hazelton accidentally and was impressed so ordered my holiday baskets knowing it may not make it on time as noted on their website. As a result, I paid the extra charges for express delivery in hopes of a shorter delivery time.

As expected the baskets did not make the holidays, but the delivery was regular ground and not the express delivery I paid the additional charges for.

I contacted Customer Service and received an answer from Oscar that had nothing to do with my question. I responded and asked for assistance in reimbursement for the charges and stated I didn't want to rate them poorly from this issue that I felt could be easily remedied .. I never heard back.

I really wanted to rate them two (2) stars but the people that actually did the work and created a delightful basket didn't deserve that because of Oscar (if that's his real name).

It did not arrive on time. It arrived Wednesday instead of Monday. When ordering, I tried to cancel and upgrade the basket once I saw the wine was not the one in the picture. Then, I was charged for 2 baskets.

Not correct order

The order that came to my mom for her retirement was the wrong basket of goodies and it wasn’t an upgrade but a definite downgrade. The wine was also open so she couldn’t even drink the one she received. Not only that but I ordered flowers and she never received those which was an additional $50+ I emailed the company right away and no one has reached out to me with a fix. I am beyond disappointed
