I ordered for a friend who was vacationing in a different city for her birthday. It got delivered after she was back home. Customer service rep was awful very condescending. Called twice and got the same awful person. Asked for a supervisor and he told me there was no supervisor a could speak to. Never again will I order from this company. It's a shame I couldn't review the actual product that by all means wasn't cheap.

Ordered strawberries for Valentine’s Day. Showed up late and there were no strawberries and then talked to a rude customer service representative.

Incorrect Product/No Resolution

Ordered the 2-tiered chocolate dipped strawberries ($88 total with shipping) and received a box of chocolates. No worries, mistakes happen so I thought I’d call and email the company and ask for a refund because the wrong product was received. After 4 calls and voicemails and 3 emails I finally received an automated response saying I can expect an agent to reach out. That was 2 days ago and I still haven’t heard from Hazeltons so I will be filing a refund claim with my credit card company. This was my first and will be my last order from this company, very disappointed that this company hasn’t made an attempt to resolve the issue in almost 2 weeks.

Someone messed up

I ordered a beautiful two tiered chocolate dipped strawberry basket with additional items for my daughter's 24th birthday and it was never delivered. Have called numerous times and sent emails to customer service and have not been able to reach anyone about what happened to the order.
