Horrible

I ordered the two tiered chocolate covered strawberries and wine for my best friend and she received a wine basket instead of what I paid for. Definitely will never order from them again. They can’t even get my order right.

Ordered strawberries for Valentine’s Day. Showed up late and there were no strawberries and then talked to a rude customer service representative.

Incorrect Product/No Resolution

Ordered the 2-tiered chocolate dipped strawberries ($88 total with shipping) and received a box of chocolates. No worries, mistakes happen so I thought I’d call and email the company and ask for a refund because the wrong product was received. After 4 calls and voicemails and 3 emails I finally received an automated response saying I can expect an agent to reach out. That was 2 days ago and I still haven’t heard from Hazeltons so I will be filing a refund claim with my credit card company. This was my first and will be my last order from this company, very disappointed that this company hasn’t made an attempt to resolve the issue in almost 2 weeks.
