I was told three day delivery time. The company took 14 days to deliver it so it did it arrive in time. I have asked for a refund multiple times to which I was just told “no”.
I paid a ridiculous amount for a product that wasn’t delivered and then was not compensated.
Don’t waste your money.

I ordered the chocolate dipped strawberries pizza and instead a basket of Nutella and crackers and cookies were delivered. This is the third time I have tried to bring this to your attention since March 20 which was the requested delivery date. PLEASE HELP ME RESOLVE THIS TRANSACTION so I can write a positive review.

They did not send the item I ordered. They sent a small cup of strawberries and a 3oz cup of chocolate. When I requested an explanation, they referred me to a blanket "substitution policy" and refused to make it right or refund. They said they couldn't even send the item I actually ordered bc they never know if there vendors will have them in stock for shipping. So basically, you will never get what you order from this company. BBB also has bad ratings for them for this exact same tactic. I am highly disappointed at their refusal to make right on their screw up.

The gorgeous photo of a crafted chocolate pizza with strawberries couldn't have been more misleading. It arrived with the strawberries laying LOOSE in hay/straw, the chocolate in chunks, and no instructions. What a joke!

A friend ordered this chocolate pizza to send to me as a surprise. The real surprise is that what I received was nothing like the product purchased. The company states it has a right to make a substitution of equal or greater value if actual product is not available. Well, that's fine if it were true about the the "equal or greater value" part. I received a plastic cup of strawberries, maybe 6 small ones and not dipped in chocolate, a small box of chococherries, 4 oz, and a small 2 oz disc of Mexican Chocolate. Am I supposed to melt the chocolate and dip the strawberries myself? This was a poor and definitely not of equal value substitution. My friend contacted the company and had photos as proof, but was rejected by different levels of persons within the company. No one wanted to help and no one cared at all. The kicker is, they don't even notify the purchaser that a substitution needs to be made, giving them an opportunity to cancel. I will not do business with a company who has little to no value for customer service.
